Hint:
It is the Jolly Joker of sweet foams. Can be served with any desserts, fruit and it is perfect alone too.
Ingredients:
- 0,5 litre LISS Cream Whipper
- 1 LISS Cream charger
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml fat milk
- 2 tsp powder sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 pc of vanilla
Completion:
Stir the vanilla seeds, the milk, the powder sugar and the egg yolks. Condense it over steam, allow to cool then chill it in the refrigerator to 4°C. Stir it the heavy cream and after pour it into the LISS Cream whipper. Screw in one LISS charger. Shake 8-10 times before serving and press the foam.
