Quick and easy. It is a fine dessert. Serve it with sponge-finger dipped in coffee. We recommend it with vanilla cream cakes, vanilla ice cream and pudding.


  • 0,5 litre LISS Cream Whipper
  • 1 LISS Cream charger
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 100 ml strong coffee
  • 1,5 tsp brandy
  • 4-5 tsp powder sugar


Stir all the ingredients with a beater smooth. Chill in the refrigerator to 4°C and then pour it into the LISS Cream whipper screw in one LISS charger, shake 4-5 times and press the foam.
