It is a fine topping on fruit salad.


  • 0,5 litre LISS Cream Whipper
  • 1 LISS Cream charger
  • 400 ml heavy cream
  • 150 ml water
  • 4 tsp black tea-leaf
  • 5 tsp sugar
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Juice of 1 lemon


Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let it brew for 5-10 seconds. Filter it, flavour it with sugar and cool it down to 4°C. Pour the rest of the ingredients into the LISS Cream whipper, shake it well and screw in one LISS charger. Shake it 8-10 times before serving and press the foam.
