It is very special with roast meat.


  • 0,5 litre LISS Cream Whipper
  • 1 LISS Cream charger
  • 300 g peeled pumpkin
  • 100 ml meat soup
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 30 g butter
  • Ground green pepper
  • Ground ginger
  • Salt


Chop the pumpkin, simmer with the butter a few minutes then dilute it with broth and simmer it until it gets tender. Mix it and spice it to taste. Pour it into the LISS Cream whipper, and screw in one LISS charger. Shake 8-10 times before serving and press the sauce. Eat immediately.
