Ingredients:
- 0,5 litre LISS Cream Whipper
- 1 LISS Cream charger
- 250 g ripe plum or apricot
- 200 ml water
- 175 g plain yogurt
- 2 tsp brandy
- 2 tsp powder sugar
Completion:
Start to cook the stoned plum in a little water and boil it for a short time. Mix it well and pass it through a fine sieve and cool it down to 4°C. Mix it with the rest of the ingredients and pour it into the LISS Cream whipper, shake it well and screw in one LISS charger. Shake it a few times before serving and press the mixture.
