• 0,5 litre LISS Cream Whipper
  • 1 LISS Cream charger
  • 2 peaches
  • 200 ml water
  • 200 ml fat milk
  • 2 tsp powder sugar


Mix the stoned peach with the other ingredients. Pass it through a fine sieve and pour it into the LISS Cream whipper. Screw in one LISS charger. Shake it a few times before serving and press the mixture.
