Can be eaten with ice cream, parfait or any sweets or alone.


  • 0,5 litre LISS Cream Whipper
  • 1 LISS Cream charger
  • 320 ml heavy cream
  • 1 ripe banana
  • a bit of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp brandy


Mix the banana with the cream in a blender well. Pass it through a fine sieve. Flavour it with the cinnamon, honey and brandy. Pour it into the LISS Cream whipper and screw in one LISS charger. Shake it 8-10 times before serving and press the foam.
